Eagle Platforms are delighted to be able to share some good news. We’ve successfully pitched for a contract for the fulfilment of 8 of our machines in what is essentially a five year contract in West Midlands industrial hub, Dudley. It is great to be able to see the fruits of your labour and in Eagle Platforms’ case the reasons for this kind of successful pitch are many and can easily be outlined.

Google listings

A lot of hard work goes on behind the scenes to ensure that our website and blog are performing well. This combines with important factors like customer reviews and of course our own performance to ensure that when potential customers are looking for MEWPs and other working at height equipment or any of our IPAF training and PASMA training courses we rank higher than the competition.

First to respond

At Eagle Platforms we pride ourselves on our quick response and excellent customer service. With this in mind it was no surprise to us when we found out that we were the first to respond to the client’s enquiry. This goes a long way to portray a level of professionalism and dedication.

First to meet

Prompt communication is all well and good, but it needs to be followed up with swift arrangements to meet and discuss terms. This is another area Eagle Platforms always make sure we are on top of and in this case we were also the first company to meet with the client, so we could make our impression and case early on.

Competitive, fair quote

When preparing a quote for any client we will never try to over-impress with a quote that will ultimately prove unrealistic or lead to inadequate fulfilment of any service. Our quotes are highly competitive, but never over-ambitious. In this instance we were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but we were almost certainly the best value for money.

Brand new eco-friendly machines

Eagle Platforms are constantly striving to boost our already impressive fleet of new machines and have recently added a whole host of greener options including electric scissor lifts and booms from Haulotte, JCB, SkyJack and JLG and hybrid booms and scissors that give the flexibility of being able to convert to diesel if needed. Our customers are loving the fact that they can play their part in the climate crisis, boosting their green profile, by taking advantage of our e-drive scissor lifts and echo friendly stage five carbon capture engines.

Unrivalled service support

Our clients can benefit from exceptional all-round service, seven days per week from Eagle Platforms. Our team are highly experienced and should a machine develop an issue they can be on site to get you back up and running with lightning speed.

Training

Once a relationship has been forged with a hire company it is great to know that they also provide the very best IPAF training programmes for working at height that can be provided on-site at no extra cost. Why go elsewhere?!
