IPAF PAL+ COURSE
WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?
The IPAF PAL+ is a popular training course offered by Eagle Platforms for those operators who are seeking more advanced training. The course takes a full day and is more specialised training for operators of MEWPs who work in more challenging or high risk environments. The PAL+ course is only available to delegates who already hold a valid PAL card in the relevant category. On successful completion of this course the candidate will obtain an added ‘+’ on their PAL card to prove their ability to work on powered access equipment both safely and efficiently in all manner of tricky working conditions.
WHAT ARE THE AIMS OF THE COURSE?
The PAL+ course contains both theory and practical elements and will teach delegates how to prevent accidents, helping them understand what causes them. In terms of the theory, analysis of accidents, MEWP selection, inspection guides and hazard awareness will form a large part of the focus, while practical training and exercises will follow.
