Eagle Platforms never rest in our pursuit to build the very best fleet of working at height machinery that the market has to offer. As technology and designs evolve, so we must expand our horizons and seek out the best equipment possible to ensure the optimal safety, efficiency and durability of our fleet.

The new machines will be arriving at Eagle HQ in the middle of February, providing a welcome boost and something to look forward to in what is proving a long, tough winter for most. The order comprises of 30 plus machines manufactured by Eagle Platforms favourite Haulotte, in what is an order worth an eye watering £2M.

This order expands what is already an extensive supply of Haulotte machines in Eagle’s nest of inventory. It means that Eagle Platforms are now proud to be able to supply the following Haulotte telehandlers: 7M; 10M; 12M; 13M and 17M units. The largest units have a staggering lift capacity of 4 tonnes, while even the smallest telehandler from Haulotte can deal with loads of up to 3.2 tonnes!

Haulotte are world renowned for their exceptional designs and highly spec’d equipment that always seeks to push the boundaries of comfort, safety, efficiency and performance. Their telehandlers have no match and come with a whole raft of extras that customers will love, including:

  • Manitou compatible headgear, making attachments interchangeable with other manufacturers.
  • Side shift forks
  • Hydraulic PTO making it easy to add attachments
  • Cameras to aid in reversing
  • Crane jib attachments
  • Fork extensions
  • Ergonomic and intuitive cab
  • Smart control 4 in 1 joystick
  • A driving position that is designed to reduce working fatigue
  • E-tronic and backlit dashboard with centralized controls and real time information feedback

We feel that the HTL range of telehandlers from Haulotte is one to be proud of and Eagle Platforms will have an even more comprehensive stock from this range come mid-February. Not only do the machines maximise precision and user comfort, they are incredibly ergonomic, put safety first and are very easy to maintain, minimizing downtime and if something does go wrong the way they are built makes them quick to fix and service.

Don’t forget that Eagle Platforms can fulfil all of your IPAF training requirements for telehandlers with the CPCS, NPORS or ITSAAR schemes in place and mewps training, under the IPAF Operator banner. We offer both 3A (for Scissor Lifts) and 3B (for Cherry Pickers) categories as well as the PAL+ course for advanced users working in more challenging terrain, confined spaces and higher risk environments.
