We would like to thank you for your continued support throughout the year and to confirm that, with your assistance, we have successfully overcome the costly identity fraud that was perpetrated against our company.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all staff across the business, and especially the management team, for their outstanding efforts over the past twelve months.
We would like to confirm our arrangements for the Christmas period, including call-out services:
Notice of all off hired equipment must be notified to us before the 19th December if you wish transport to collect from site before the holidays.
Holiday suspensions from the 23rd until the 5th must be notified in writing.
Equipment has tracker support and any plant suspended and used during the notified suspension period will be billed normally.
Plant remaining on site over the festivities, suspended or otherwise continues to be hired under IPAF terms and conditions and is covered by customer plant all risks insurance.
Office Hours
Our office will close at 4:00pm on 22 December 2025 and will reopen on 30 December, operating from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Normal operations will resume in the New Year on 5 January, from 8:00am.
Training – IPAF & PASMA
IPAF and PASMA training services will be available throughout the Christmas period.
