It’s been two weeks since I last communicated with you about the dramatic impact of COVID-19 on our business. Sadly, since that time, we’ve all borne witness to how this virus is impacting our families, our communities and our very way of life. Although these are trying times for us all, I remain optimistic that our world will thrive once again.
Today, I want to let you know how we’re focused on supporting clients. I also want to provide you with an update on our delivery process and hire availability.
In the Community
We understand that the pulse of the world beats as one to overcome COVID-19. As we all watch the news unfold about this unprecedented event, it’s clear that there is a need to minimise the spread of the disease because of our actions. and protect our team too. To that end, we have established the following to aid in the urgent fight against the pandemic.
We have had to close our offices and works to all visitors temporarily, unless we request such a visit and arrangements will be made to take the best care of any visitor and our receiving staff.
Around the north of England and Midlands, we travel to sites with full PPE gear on all vehicles for the use of our team. This includes, surgical mask, disposable gloves and handwash and wipes.
Given the unprecedented disruption to the construction industry, many sites closed, and some continuing to work normally. We offer a call out system for hire and service maintenance. We are totally dependant on your own safety procedures, if or when you call us to site and trust that you like us have all your employees safety and wellbeing at the front of your mind.
For Our Customers
We remain committed to ensuring our customers experience flexibility during these challenging times, so I wanted to give you an update on those changes.
For clients making new reservations for any future hire or training, including delivery and service, reservations can be placed at the following email addresses, or you can reach us directly via mobile telephone.
