JOB OVERVIEW/SUMMARY
Eagle Platforms Ltd are one of the fastest growing Access Rental companies in the UK, and are expanding our Accounts Team. Are you the right person to join our team? We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Apprentice, to join our team in Sheffield.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Dealing with customer queries via Telephone & email.
- Producing documents such as Statements, Remittances and Reminders using Xero software.
- Uploading invoices to Xero software, and cross-checking for accuracy, against purchase orders.
- Producing documentation to support management in meetings (sales figures etc).
- Basic administration task such as processing post, sending emails etc.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to learn, and work using your own initiative.
- Maths & English GCSE grade 4 (previously C) as a minimum.
